The word yoga means “to unite, to join or to connect.” This translates into bringing a balanced, harmonious and connected state between the mind, body and spirit. Practicing yoga “asanas” or physical postures, is a wonderful way to transform the physical body and can help develop flexibility, coordination, stamina, and balance.
Yoga can also be a life enhancer by bringing the practitioner mental clarity, peace and relaxation.
At Koru Village, yoga is an intricate part of our mission, as we encourage individuals to expand their boundaries and truly relax into who they are. In our studio we make every effort to accommodate all levels-from the beginner to the more advanced practitioner. Come join us at Koru, where we are proud of our caring and uniquely talented instructors. Enhance your vacation and yoga experience!
Check our fitness calendar for the most up-to-date yoga class schedule and join us to experience yoga as a beginner, intermediate or advanced student. Classes are $10-$15
