Begin planning your island wedding today by contacting our full-time Wedding Concierge with any questions regarding your wedding or wedding day services at Koru Village. We recommend calling or emailing (weddings@koruvillage.com) several months in advance to ensure availability.
Etiquette
We request you refrain from cellular phone and pager use while visiting Koru Village. Please arrive 20 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. Should you arrive later than expected, please be aware that services begin and end promptly in order to accommodate all our guests. Please allow for a 5-15 minute transition time within each service.
Reservation and Cancellation Policies
No appointment is considered confirmed until a credit card guarantee has been submitted for the appointment. One card may be submitted for an entire bridal party or each member of the party may submit their own card. If a member of the party decides to cancel their appointments, the person on this contract must notify Koru Village within the given time frame. If the cancellation does not take place within the given time frame, the person on this contract will be responsible for that member’s balance. The default credit card to hold an appointment will be that of the Bride or contact individual, unless a different card is specified.
All Bridal and wedding party appointments are considered final as of 7 days prior to the day of the event (Ex: A Saturday wedding event is considered final as of 8am on the previous Saturday). Any appointment cancellations after this deadline will result in a full charge of the cancelled services. Any changes to the appointment schedule within this 7-day timeframe will result in a $10 fee PER service change. While we understand emergencies do happen, they will not influence a deviation from the cancellation policy.
Attire
Arrive as you wish. For all Bridal Services and up-dos you are asked to arrive with clean/dry hair and wear a button down shirt.
