Policies
Policies:
- Tax of 11.75% (6.75% NC sales tax plus 5% Dare County lodging tax) is not included in the published rates and will be included on your final statement of charges.
- Minimum 2 night stay for weekends and 3 night minimum on holiday weekend stays. Single night stays may be available. Please call Koru Village directly. A $25 single night fee applies.
- A deposit fee of 50% of the net room rate is required for multiple night reservations. Single night reservations must be paid in full at the time of reservation. Within 30 days of the start of your reservation, you are responsible for the full cost of the reservation. While we understand that emergencies do happen, the reason for cancellation does not change our cancellation or refund policy. There are NO weather-related refunds. If you are concerned that you may not be able to keep your reservation we HIGHLY recommend Travel Insurance. Travel insurance can protect you against unforseen events such as inclement weather and illness that would prevent you from being able to follow through on your reservation.
- The Villas reserve the right to provide comparable or upgraded accommodations should the need arise due to unforeseen facility issues or scheduling issues.
- Check in time is 4pm or after. Check out time is 11 am. Early check ins and late check outs are not available. Guests are welcome to enjoy Koru Village’s facilities before or after their check in/out times under normal operating hours.
- It is no longer a policy of Koru Village to allow pets in any of the units.
- The Villas accept Visa and MasterCard.
