Packages
A 10% discount is applied when an individual books any two 50 minute Spa services on the same day. Does not include Salon services such as hair, nails, waxing or makeup.
Etiquette
Take time to partake in the time honored island rituals of bathing, bodywork, relaxation, and grooming. We request you refrain from cellular phone and pager use while visiting Koru Village. Please arrive 20 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. Should you arrive later than expected, please be aware that services begin and end promptly in order to accommodate all our guests. Please allow for a 5-15 minute transition time within each service.
Attire
Arrive as you wish. We recommend comfortable clothing. You will be offered a robe and shower sandals to wear in the spa during your visit. You will be professionally draped your entire service for modesty.
Reservation and Cancellation
All services require a credit card at time of booking. Our cancellation policy: We require 24 hours to cancel an appointment; within that time frame we must charge the full amount for the service. While we understand that emergencies do happen, the reason for cancellation does not change our policy. We will, however provide credit for any appointment times which we are able to re-book. For this reason, ample notice is requested.
