All of our cardio machines feature flat panel television screens with personal remote panels for your sole viewing pleasure. We also have an expansive free-weight area with a complete Atlantis® Precision Series free weight collection.

      A large, private studio provides an exceptional arena for fitness classes and workshops of all kinds. Instructors originate not just from Hatteras Island, but from across the globe as well. Classes include basic aerobics, weights, stretching, pilates, Zumba, assorted yoga and more. Feel free to view the current schedule online below. Take your commitment to the next level with a Koru personal trainer. To invest in a personal training session you must have a day, week, or month pass to Koru Village or be an active member.
